Effective Date:

Version:
1.0

1. Purpose

ChurchLive is committed to respecting the intellectual property and personal rights of individuals. This Content Rights and Reporting Policy explains how we address unauthorized or non-consensual content uploads and how users can report such issues quickly and effectively. This policy is dedicated to content rights compliance and is separate from our general Privacy Policy.

2. Respecting Content Rights

At ChurchLive, we believe that all users deserve to have control over their personal information, images, videos, and any other form of content associated with them. We expect all users to:

Post only content they have created or have explicit permission to share. Respect the intellectual property, image rights, and privacy of others.

Uploading, posting, or sharing any content without proper consent is a violation of ChurchLive's Terms and Conditions and Community Standards.

3. If Your Content Is Being Used Without Consent

If you believe that your personal content, image, or material has been uploaded or shared on the ChurchLive platform without your permission, you have several ways to address the issue:

3.1 Reporting In-App (Preferred Method)

Report the Post or User Directly: Navigate to the post or user profile. Use the "Report" option. Specify the reason (e.g., "Unauthorized use of my content") and provide any additional details. This is the fastest and most direct way to alert our moderation team.

3.2 Submitting a Ticket (Alternative Method)

Visit this link to submit a formal ticket. Include: Description of the issue URL or screenshots (if possible) Your contact details Proof of ownership or identity if applicable.

3.3 Emailing Our Support Team (Slower Response)

Email: [email protected] Please include the same details as you would in a ticket submission so we can start the process. Please note: Email inquiries may take longer to process.

4. What Happens After You Report

Once we receive your report:

Our team will review the content immediately. We may temporarily hide the content while we investigate. If the report is valid, the content will be removed. In cases of repeated or severe violations, the responsible user’s account may be suspended or terminated.

We may contact you for additional information if needed to complete the investigation.

5. User Empowerment

Because ChurchLive is GDPR-compliant, users have extensive rights and tools to:

Edit or delete their own posts and content. Control who sees their profile and information. Block or restrict users who violate their privacy. Manage visibility to churches and groups.

We encourage all users to use these tools actively to protect their privacy and content rights.

6. Important Notes

Filing a false report is a violation of our Terms and may result in account sanctions. Repeated misuse of another person’s content can lead to legal action. Reporting processes are handled confidentially. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to post any content they upload.
