1. Introduction

Welcome to the ChurchLive mobile application ("ChurchLive", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and its services. By accessing or using ChurchLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Who We Are

ChurchLive is a Christian digital platform developed and operated by Boastful. The App enables individuals, churches, and communities to interact, post content, and participate in Christian fellowship through digital means.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the App.Users under 16 years of age may require parental or guardian consent in certain jurisdictions.By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to create an account.

4. Account Creation and Security

You are required to provide your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, city and country, and a secure password.Your password is encrypted and not visible to our team. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

You must use the App in a respectful, legal, and Christian-aligned manner. You may not use the App to post, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory. You may not impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while using the App.

6. Platform Purpose and Community Standards

ChurchLive is a Christian platform committed to biblical values. By using the App, you acknowledge:

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.We are GDPR-compliant for users in the European Union.

8. Content Ownership and Use

You retain ownership of all content (posts, comments, images) you submit to the App. By posting content, you grant ChurchLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App.We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

9. User-Generated Content

Posts, comments, bios, and usernames are visible to other users unless blocked. You may edit or delete your own content at any time.We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms, is reported, or poses harm.

10. Interactions with Other Users

Users are responsible for their own interactions. You may block or report other users via in-app features.We are not liable for any interactions, communications, or relationships formed on the platform.Moderators and managers appointed by churches or communities are not employed by ChurchLive.

11. Communities and Churches

Communities and churches may appoint users to moderate or manage their group. Community data (membership, events, group information) is visible to assigned members.Members can control what their church can view via the “For Me” section.

12. Livestreams, Events, and Donations

Users can view church livestreams and public content.RSVPs are anonymized; only participation counts are visible.Donations are handled externally (e.g., Stripe). ChurchLive does not collect or store financial data.We are not responsible for third-party links or forms, including event ticketing or donation platforms.

13. Subscriptions and Payments

ChurchLive offers paid features available through monthly subscriptions.Payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to pay for the upcoming month in advance.Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access to premium features.All subscription charges are clearly presented during the subscription process.ChurchLive reserves the right to chance the pricing, but we will communicate it with the subscriber.

Affiliate Payouts

Approved affiliates will receive commissions for successful referrals.Payouts are processed before the 20th of the following month after the first completed month and payment by the referred user.Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details are on file.

14. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Your data and content will be removed from our systems upon deletion, with some event data retained for up to 3 months for safety purposes.

15. Intellectual Property

All ChurchLive branding, code, and content (excluding user content) are the intellectual property of Boastful. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use ChurchLive’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

16. Disclaimers

ChurchLive is provided “as-is.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, uninterrupted service, or specific functionality.We are not liable for user behavior, third-party services, or damages resulting from use of the App.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchLive and its team shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damagesLoss of data or contentAny claims arising from third-party services or interactions

18. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
